Would a number generated by a computerized random number generator represent an a-causal event?
Not that I think it relates to the causal nature of our brains' decisions, but it would seem to challenge the notion that "everything" is caused.

There would have to a cause for any number and much code to define how that number is retrieved. It might be something such as the current clock time or the current number of bytes of available memory.
